PA Hope Ride Against Cancer - May 21, 2023
Cyclist & hate cancer? The 11th annual Pennsylvania Hope Ride Against Cancer will take place on May 21st 2023 with the start/finish at the Donegal Insurance Training Center located in Marietta, Pa in the Susquehanna River Valley (12 miles west of Lancaster, PA). This charity ride raises funds for the mission of the American Cancer Society’s support for people in cancer treatment, including the Hope Lodge in Cheltenham, PA. The ride offers several routes in the Amish countryside of Lancaster County: a Hearty 100 mile, Sublime 60 mile, Testy 30 mile and Family-friendly flat paved river trail distances of 7.5 to 22 miles. Since its inception, the ride has raised over $1.1 million to support the fight against Cancer. more info
Tour De Lebanon Valley - June 10, 2023
The Metric and mid distance rides winds through rolling countryside, beautiful farmlands, forests, and historic sites. Both include moderate elevation changes. Check links from the maps on our website for actual elevation profiles. There are three rest stops on the metric and one on the mid distance. The family ride takes place on the Lebanon Valley Rail Trail.

French Creek Iron Tour - June 11, 2023
Join some 1,000 riders for a scenic cycling tour of northern Chester County, PA, passing through many properties that have been saved from development by French & Pickering Creeks Conservation Trust over the last 55 years. With seven road courses ranging from 11 to 100 miles,a Petite Gravel (60-70 miles) and a Grande Gravel (80-90 miles),there’s a ride for everyone!
French & Pickering Creeks Conservation Trust preserves,stewardsand connects people to the land in northern Chester County where iron blast furnaces and forges served as cornerstones of industry in colonial Pennsylvania – hence, “Iron Tour”. When you ride in the Iron Tour, you have a direct impact on the preservation of the pristine countryside that surrounds you. Since 1967, French & Pickering has protected over 13,350 acres in northern Chester County.
